We’re taking over the beautiful space at Marcello Andres Ceramics to host an intimate dinner celebrating Tết Trung Thu, the mid-autumn moon festival.
The menu will feature local Texas produce, specialty Vietnamese ingredients, complimentary wine, and of course showcase the stunning ceramics handmade by Marcello Andres.
Your meal will begin with an array of snacks, followed by seasonal cold dishes, going into reimagined Vietnamese classics, and ending with a sequence of not-too-sweets by chef Brenda.
